All of our teachers are certified by the New Jersey Department of Education. Our talented team of qualified teachers and professional staff is dedicated to providing our children with a challenging and rewarding academic experience in a caring and stimulating learning environment.
Our class sizes are small by design, thereby enabling teachers to individualize instruction and maximize student potential. We take a holistic approach to education and are committed to the educational, social, and emotional well being of our students.

Passionate Educators
MARIA OSELLA
Head Teacher Mrs. Maria was raised and educated in Canada. She moved to New Jersey in 1991 and begun working at Reach Academy that same year. Now in her 28th year of teaching, Mrs. Maria has taught students in grades 3-8. Mrs. Maria is a passionate educator who strives to meet the individuals needs of her students and motivate them to work hard and excel.
STEPHANIE LYNCH
Ms. Stephanie has been working at Reach Academy for 26 years. She has worked as a classroom aid, secretary and bus driver before obtaining her teaching credentials 14 years ago. Ms. Stephanie attended Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ.
Ms. Stephanie works tirelessly in her classroom to ensure that all her students treat each other with acceptance, tolerance and understanding.
STEFANIE FREUND
Ms. Stefanie is one of our primary elementary teachers and school librarian. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Montclair State University in 2011. Ms. Stefanie has been working in classrooms for nearly eight years. she is currently working towards earning her masters degree from Rutgers Graduate School of Communication and Information.
ZOHRA B. IMESSAOUDENE
Ms. Zohra came to the United States from Algeria, North Africa in 1995. she holds a dual BA degree in ESL and Management and speaks four languages. Ms. Zohra previously worked for the U.S. Embassy at the American Language Institute in Algiers, Algeria. She joined the Reach Academy’s teaching team in October 2004.
ELIZABETH CAMPOS
Ms. Elizabeth is our lead preschool teacher. She holds a NJ CDA and has worked with children for over eight years. She is also a volunteer fire fighter and is certified in CPR and first aid.
Ms. Elizabeth believes every child has an important story to tell and encourages them to share it through creative and imaginative play.
OUR BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The day to day business operations of The Reach Academy are carried out by its Principal and School Business Administrator. The Principal supervises and directs the school’s academic, enrichment, and transitional programs. The School Administration reports directly to the Board of Trustees for the execution of all policies and regulations established by the Board. The school is administered by a Board of Trustees made up of parents and supporters of the school. With the assistance of the Principal, The Board of Trustees’ chief responsibility is to formulate and monitor the policies of the school, and develop the school’s long-range and strategic plans.
